Fixed closure problems for fruit plantations, farms, forests on large maps that was caused by the nearest town being more than 256 tiles away.
Fixed never closure problem for brewery, brick works, chemical plant.
Fixed issue with the last ton of coal and the last 1000 litres of oil were not processed on the power plant.
Fixed issue with the farm not accepting fertilizer and vehicles.
